Med1Online Shipping Delivery Dates
All product shipment delivery dates are estimated. Med1Online will make a reasonable effort to meet any delivery date(s) quoted or acknowledged. A Med1Online Customer Service Representative will contact you in the event that additional shipping charges may apply or additional time for order processing and shipment may be required (see below).
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours to process your order, and shipping information will not be available until order processing is complete. If an order is placed after 5 pm MST (GMT -06:00), please add one business day to your expected delivery date.
Shipping fees are fully refundable on qualifying returns made as a result of Med1Online or its vendor's error. Shipping fees are NOT refundable for all other returns. Please see the Med1Online Return Policy for more information.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
Within the continental United States, most PARCEL orders SHIP within 7 to 10 business days, while most FREIGHT orders SHIP within 2 to 6 weeks. For domestic shipping outside of the continental United States, additional shipping time may be necessary. For domestic shipping outside of the continental United States, it is the Customer’s responsibility to contact Med1Online by emailing shipping@med1online.com to discuss the applicable INCOTERMS 2000, and ensure that the commercial invoice accurately reflects the agreed-to terms and associated charges.
International Shipping
For international destinations, most PARCEL orders SHIP within 10 to 15 business days, while most FREIGHT orders SHIP within 4 to 8 weeks. For international shipping, it is the Customer’s responsibility to contact Med1Online by emailing shipping@med1online.com to discuss the applicable INCOTERMS 2000, and ensure that the commercial invoice accurately reflects the agreed-to terms and associated charges.

PARCEL and FREIGHT Shipping Charges are determined by shipping weight and dimensions.
PARCEL Shipping Charges
Med1Online’s Shipping Calculator will determine an appropriate rate for orders including only PARCEL items. In general, if you can pick up and move the product shipping package by yourself, it would be considered a PARCEL item in most cases. More specifically, if your mailpiece or shippable item is not a postcard, letter or a flat (large envelope); and weighs under 70 pounds (32 kg), then it is considered a PARCEL item.
Please note that additional PARCEL shipping surcharges may apply to certain products due to shipping package dimensions, remote delivery location, or Customer-Requested Shipping Exceptions. Also, PARCEL shipment may be delayed on backordered and non-stocked items. A Med1Online Customer Service Representative will contact you in the event that additional shipping charges may apply or additional time for order processing and shipment may be required.
FREIGHT Shipping Charges
For orders including FREIGHT items, a Med1Online Customer Service Representative will contact you with a freight shipping quote by phone and email within 48 business hours of order placement. In general, if you cannot pick up and move the product shipping package by yourself, it would be considered a FREIGHT item in most cases. More specifically, if your mailpiece or shippable item exceeds 70 pounds (32 kg), or has shipping dimensions greater than 30 inches inches x 30 inches x 30 inches, then it is considered a FREIGHT item.
Please note that additional FREIGHT shipping surcharges may apply to certain products due to shipping package dimensions, remote delivery location, or Customer-Requested Shipping Exceptions. Also, FREIGHT shipment may be delayed on backordered and non-stocked items. A Med1Online Customer Service Representative will contact you in the event that additional shipping charges may apply or additional time for order processing and shipment may be required.
Customer-Requested Shipping Exceptions
Customer shall notify Med1Online upon initial order of any alternative arrangements and/or delayed shipping requirements, including but not limited to, facility availability. If Med1Online is not notified by the Customer of such exceptions, Med1Online will proceed with typical order processing and delivery, Med1Online will not be liable for any exceptional shipping and/or storage costs and Customer becomes solely responsible and liable for all such exceptional shipping and storage related costs.
Custom product orders requested by Customer may be subject to longer order processing and delivery times as well as certain additional fees.
Shipping FAQ
How can I specify the proper freight services with my order?
After your order placement, Med1Online will contact you by phone and e-mail regarding the specific freight services that you may require. If we are unsuccessful contacting you or if we receive no response from you, we will ship your freight item dock to dock.
How can I track the shipment of my package?
When your order is processed, you will receive an email from Med1Online Customer Service advising you of the shipment tracking information and/or the estimated ship date for you item(s). Please note that it may take up to 48 hours to process your order, and shipping information will not be available until order processing is complete. If an order is placed after 5 pm MST (GMT -06:00), please allow for one additional business day to process your order.
If you do not receive an email with shipment tracking information within three business days of placing your order, please contact Med1Online by emailing tracking@med1online.com with your inquiry, order number and contact information.
